All Candidates Meeting
Thursday, October 6, 2022
Tobermory Community Centre
7:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Refreshments available prior to the meeting

7 – 7:45 “Table Talk”: Candidates will be at their tables, distributing campaign materials
and answering questions from attendees.
|
7:55 – 8:30 Candidates for office (Mayor, DM, Councilor) will be called upon for
Opening Remarks, in order pre-determined, for up to 3 minutes.
|
8:30-9:30 Q&A session
Questioners will have to line up and have 20 seconds to pose a question to a
candidate, or them all. Candidates have up to 1 minute to respond.

9:30 Upwards to 15/20 minutes, candidates have the opportunity to ask questions of
other candidates. Questions should be succinct. Answers should be
detailed.

9:45 ish IN REVERSE ORDER, Candidates have up to 2 minutes to give closing
remarks.
|
10:05 Moderator announces that Candidates will return to their tables and
answer any post-Q&A session questions and answers.
|
|
|
|
|
Questions posed to the Candidates and their answers will be a focal point of this meeting. Additionally, you are welcome to submit questions ahead of the meeting. Questions will be compiled and passed on to the moderator. Please send your questions to: info@sepo.ca. Thank you.
