Memberships and Sparlings Propane Bulk Pricing
We have received numerous membership renewals this month. Thank you . This memo is a further reminder to anyone whose membership renewal may be outstanding.

If you have not renewed, this memo is a friendly reminder to renew your membership Our records indicate that your membership will expire as of December 31, 2022. If you have already renewed and received confirmation from our Treasurer , Carrie King, than all is good and you're "good to go". In order to qualify for the locked-in price, your membership for the following year must be paid as of August 31st of the preceding year. Example: In order to be eligible for the 2022 -2023 heating season. Your paid-up membership must include 2023 and have been paid as of August 31, 2022. Three year memberships renewed now will be for 2023, 2024 and 2025. The locked in price is only available until September 15; the rest of the year, this offer is not available although you can contact Sparlings about joining. You must contact Sparlings to initiate this by contact by emailing Carrie Reynolds at Sparlings Propane

In addition to the locked in price for propane, SEPO members are automatically enrolled as members of FOCA, the Federation of Ontario Cottagers Associations FOCA strongly advocates on behalf of all cottagers while offering a variety of benefits. https://foca.on.ca/member-services/benefits/ the FOCA website has a plethora of useful, interesting and valuable information.

Increasingly, we are concerned about our Council’s handling of the budget, Short Term Accommodations, Bylaw Enforcement, Municipal Planning, etc. Regardless of your affiliation with Sparlings, we trust that you will continue to support a united voice through St. Edmunds Property Owners, Inc. by maintaining your membership and possibly joining our executive. Please consider stepping up by assisting with tasks such as membership managing and renewals, newsletter contributions and meetings.
